1. Eligibility

2. Scope of Services

Truck2Home provides residential and commercial moving services, including but not limited to:

All services are subject to availability, scheduling confirmation, and operational capacity.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on information supplied by the customer.

Final charges may vary based on:

Hourly services are billed from the time the crew departs our facility until return, unless otherwise stated in writing.

We reserve the right to request a deposit to secure a booking.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service.

Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, safety concerns, vehicle issues, or unforeseen operational events.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure legal access and parking availability at both locations.

Truck2Home reserves the right to refuse transport of hazardous materials, illegal items, perishable goods, firearms, or items prohibited by law.

7. Damage and Claims Procedure

Any visible damage must be noted at the time of service completion.

Written claims for loss or damage must be submitted within 7 calendar days of service completion.

Failure to provide notice within this period may result in denial of the claim.

Liability, where applicable, shall be limited to the lesser of:

• Repair cost
• Replacement value
• Standard valuation coverage per applicable moving industry standards in Ontario.

Customers are encouraged to obtain additional insurance coverage for high-value goods.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Ontario, Canada, Truck2Home shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Incidental damages
• Consequential damages
• Loss of profits
• Business interruption
• Emotional distress

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Force Majeure

Truck2Home shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Severe weather
• Road closures

• Mechanical breakdown
